Jeff Walton - Danger Boy

When The Judy's broke up in 1983, it wasn't nasty at all. It was more like the guys just realized that they'd be going away to college, and that college was more important than playing in a rock and roll band.

Still, that didn't do away with the guys' love for writing, playing, and recording. This realization brought Jeff Walton into the studio to record his own solo effort, "Danger Boy"

If "Danger Boy" were never recorded and released, one might be quick to attribute The Judy's sound solely to David Bean who sang most of The Judy's songs. However, when you listen to the tracks on "Danger Boy", it becomes immediately evident that Jeff Walton was as much of a contributor to the sound of The Judy's as David. It's indeed a compliment to say that Jeff's solo material sounds more like the music of The Judy's than David's solo material does!

Listen for yourself. This is an extremely rare recording!
